Delivery in the United Kingdom
Delivery is free for customers in the United Kingdom, please contact me if you wish your item delivered to a different address to your Paypal postal address as your item will be delivered by your postman and will require a signature. Delivery Worldwide
International customers do pay for postage, please contact me for charges. Damages in the post
All lampshades are delivered in boxes and are well packed to prevent damage, though not necessarily waterproof, which is why they will not be delivered without a signature as this prevents them being left outside in the rain. In the unlikely event that an item get damaged in the post I will provide proof of postage for you to claim compensation from the post office as the claim needs to be made by the person in possession of the item. Returns & Refunds
If you are unhappy with the quality of your item we will make a free of charge exchange for another product, and if you feel your item is not as described we will make a full refund on return of your item in a mint condition. We do not accept returns from customers who have merely changed their minds, as we are a small business and cannot waste our stock and time in this way. If an item is returned to us from the post office due to a customer not collecting their item after a failed delivery we reserve the right to charge the customer for a second delivery. Packaging Our lampshades and other products are always beautifully wrapped and could easily be presented as a gifts as they are but if you would like us to provide a gift card (with or without a message) we can arrange that for you, free of charge. |
